MatureMatch is intended for singles 28+ and for users who can form legally binding agreements. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your profile authentic.

3. Community standards

You agree not to harass, threaten, scam, impersonate, or share illegal or explicit content. You must respect other users and follow our community guidelines.

4. Content you post

You retain ownership of your content, but you grant MatureMatch a license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for the content you post.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid features may be offered through subscription plans. Pricing, billing cycles, and plan details are shown at purchase time. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

6. Safety and offline meetings

You are responsible for your interactions with others, including in-person meetings. Use caution, meet in public, and follow safety guidance.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community. You may stop using the service at any time.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatureMatch is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
